TEMPORARY QRT from 16 August 2010 - I have had to return to Europe due to family illness. From 15 August please send direct cards to Ireland, until this note (in red) is removed. QSL address - Dave Court, Connogue, River Lane, Shankill, Co Dublin, Ireland

Here is a picture of the QSL card you will receive if you require a traditional paper QSL card.

Previously I advised that when sending direct QSL cards to Bahrain, registered mail should be considered as there had been reports of theft and lost mail. With many cards now received, there does not appear to be such a problem. Currently my advice is that the ordinary air mail service should be used. Should the situation change I will advise accordingly. All QSL cards should include a self addressed envelope and US$2. Please note that IRC (International Reply Coupons) are NOT valid in Bahrain.

QSL Address is: Dave Court, PO Box 31183, Budaiya, Kingdom of Bahrain

Direct QSLs may also be sent to EI3IO, however these will only be actioned once or twice per year, when I have visitors or return to Ireland on vacation. As all direct cards are posted in Bahrain they must contain US$2. IRCs are NOT exchangeable in the Kingdom of Bahrain. See further information provided here.

Failure to comply with the above instructions will involve your QSL card being returned via the Irish (IRTS) bureau.

Logs will be uploaded to eQSL and LoTW from time to time. Bureau cards should be sent via EI3IO.
